A bandage is applied for 2 to 3 days, which is then replaced by a sports bra without rings, which will be worn for a period of 2 to 3 weeks.
In the following days it is possible to feel some pain that will be combated with analgesics prescribed by Dr. Puig, since the breasts will still be swollen.
In the first few days, avoid wide arm movements, do not drive and do not lift weight. Sports should not be performed until after a period of 4 to 6 weeks.
After a week, the stitches can be removed and, depending on the patient’s work, she can return to it from that moment.
At bedtime, avoid lying on your stomach.
